KCIN FILMS was Founded in 2017 by Visual Director & Creative Art Photographer Nick Austin. Based out of Kansas City, Missouri.
When you hear Kansas City, you automatically think of the Chiefs, Royals, Fountains of Waterfalls, Sporting KC, BBQ, & even Jazz Music. There is so much more that brings a city together when it's one of the biggest in the Metropolitan areas. When you bring Energy to a city, makes it a place where others go Travel & Adventure to be apart of the Atmosphere & City vibe. Its a reason people go to the coast for their pleasure, there is more attraction to do & see. The Show Me State is a place where everything is more Modern, Innovative, & Industrial.

Visual Arts Director & Founder of KCIN FILMS LLC. NICK AUSTIN. In 2017 NICK Launched his second subsidiary Business. The Idea was to separate the line of Production work, to stay legal with all copyright content.
In 1996 a legend was Born in Kansas City, Missouri. A GOD Given Gift to Showcase his work with community. Movies on VHS taught NICK how to rewind the tape to start from beginning to end.
Growing up during Nicks childhood watching Sports Center 30 for 30 Stories, Inspired the Producer to create content that involve others & show a compelling story on screen. Studying many success stories was something Nick could relate to with his upcoming as a child. Sports Documentaries were a different perspective when it had you on the edge of your seat watching Professional Athletes that you admire find their way out of pressure they have overcome with.
Since NICK was 12yrs. old, he has always had a Gift & an Eye for Motion Picture Film/ Video. Shooting Birthday parties on VHS Videocameras, to even operating the Videocamera on Sunday Srvc. Sermons @ BRBC (Bannister Road Baptist Church). Making DVD Copies for members, open the eye of the Visual Producer understanding how the process of Delivery for Production should be operated.
IN 2012 the Visual Director saw his vision as a former Pirate from Belton High School. Well known as a Cameraman & One of the main Editors. Ask any former athletes, classmates, coaches, or teachers they will tell you NICK was In the Media Room most of the time. The face of the man behind the camera was mostly seen in the Hallways for Interviews for the school News ( Cutlass TV News).
As a Senior in 2015, NICK was able to create 2 Sports Intro videos, at the start of his career. Connecting his school MacBook to a cable to a 70in Projector Screen at the school Assembly in the gym. A Football Hype Sports Intro & a Basketball Starting Line Up Sports Intro. This changed the Producers perspective on Producing Content on another level & how far he can go with his skills & talent.
After a decision made after signing a track & field scholarship with MNU (Mid America Nazarene University). NICK did not end up running Track like everyone intended. Instead Nick used his speed creating content for his first Business (Platinum Pix LLC.) that he launched in 2016. A year after leaving Community College even with the A+ Scholarship. It didn't work out for the best, because of the experience & learning curve to get your degree. Taking classes that weren't relevant to your career field. Having a Trade or Skill in Life will make you far more successful.
In 2021 the Founder Goal is to build an operating Stage Studio in Kansas City, MO. This will allow other Artist, Entrepreneurs, & Entertainers to have a platform to showcase their skills & turn it into a lifestyle for upcoming near future projects.

Skateland a former well known popular dance club landmark in South KC,MO.Years ago in Grandview, people of all ages used to get down in their own town. Rollerblading on the Disco Rink, reliving an era of skating was the norm for this community late nights. The Short Film will unfold & tell a story of why Skateland an Iconic roller rink was forced to Closed, after years of being the go to hangout spot for all Ages. Present day the former roller rink stands as the Headquarters for Pride Cleaners.
The Intended Target Audience will be Engaged as an audience viewer of what life was like then & how it relates to Present day Life.
